COMMENTS RECEIVED FROM PARENTS ON HOW WE ARE DEALING WITH SAFE WORKING PRACTICE DURING THE PANDEMIC

“I think it has been dealt with extremely well.  My son settled back amazingly, which was great as he had only been in the 3 year old room a couple of months before COVID struck. The routine works well, both children and parents were well informed on how it would work.  I think the staff have responded really well and have created a safe environment for the children while still making it feel as normal as possible.

I am so grateful to all the staff for everything they do and the bond my son has made with the staff is testament to the type of setting St Michael’s is.”

“You have kept us well informed with well thought out plans which have been communicated clearly.  We also feel that you have sent out just the right amount of emails/letters rather than bombarding us – thank you!

The personal emails and worksheets/activities sent during March – July were also very well received.

Thank you to everyone for all your hard work.”

“Every staff member has gone above and beyond to ensure my child is safe, happy and looked after well.

During this horrible time for everyone the staff have all been friendly and smiley helping to ease the tension many of us feel every day.

The information given to us in either letter or email format is clear and concise.

All the staff are wonderful and I am so please my daughter attends this amazing pre-school.”

“Really impressed with how the pre-school have put n place the safety measures to keep my child safe and us the parents dropping/collecting with social distancing and mask wearing.  This has allowed my child to continue attending pre-school which she loves, a little bit of ‘normal’ for her in this very uncertain time.

Thank you to all the staff.”

“We greatly appreciate St. Michael’s working so hard to get the children back to pre-school.  Our daughter loves to go to pre-school.  We feel their measures to protect the children are adequate and appropriate.”
